- Customer Service: You will be answering inbound and outbound calls. To qualify for this position you must have extensive customer service background and skills. You must be able to type efficiently and accurately. There is no cold calling or telemarketing within the position.
- Premium Auditors: ARO has 2 kinds of auditors working for our clients. There are phone auditors and physical auditors. Phone auditors conduct premium audits for Property and Casualty Insurance, (general liability and workman’s compensation). The audit is strictly conducted over the phone with all documents and materials enter via our websites) The physical audits basically cover the same areas of work, while completing the majority of the audit over the phone, with a final physical walk through of the company.
- Sales: The overall responsibility of the Sales Representative for ARO is to maximize sales and growth of our insurance and finance service division. There will be approximately 10% travel with this job opportunity. ARO’s virtual business model allows organizations to improve their bottom line while maintaining better relationships with the client base. Duties include making presentations on ARO’s outsourcing offering, managing and promoting relationships with clients in targeted areas of the US.
- B2B Marketing/Telesales Representatives: You would be up selling current products for our clients to their customer base. Sales experience required and you must possess great customer service skills.
