It’s hard to find the legitimate data entry jobs from home when reading over the ads, but here are some ways that you can look and find the legitimate jobs easier.

Red Flags:

Do they want money for you to work for them? Legitimate jobs don’t ask for money upfront for you to order material. They may require you to pay for background checks, but materials? Almost never. So if they are asking you to purchases something – you may want to move on and keep looking.

They don’t have a complete mailing address. If it is a legitimate business they will have a mailing address that you could find in Google Maps – now not all companies will have the street address – but most should have it. Anyone can open a PO Box and have a business. But companies will have the street address. Although they may have their mailing address to the PO Box, you should be able to find a street address on the site.

They don’t have a phone number listed on the site. Legitimate companies will have phone numbers that you can contact them.  Everything should be listed on the contact page.

Before sending personal information to a website, do your homework., Check out the company by doing a google search and seeing what other people have to say about the company.

Skills that you will need:

You will have to have certain skills to do data entry jobs from home. You will have to have accurate computing skills. You will have to know how to operate the computer and save and open and modify files. Helium is one place that you can write about things that you love. You choose the article, it will have to be at least 400 words but that is just a few paragraphs and it’s easy to do.

Here publications search for articles, You can earn up to $200 for just one article. Each one has different requirements and they are only open for a short time but you can make money this way. Just write a few articles per month and you will make money with it.
